Alcoholics Anonymous meets each weekday from noon until 1 p.m. and again from 8-9 p.m. and Weekends from 10-11 a.m. and 8-9 p.m. at 431 S. Mississippi. All meetings are open and anyone who is interested in learning more about the program are invited to attend (between 14th and 15th streets on Mississippi Ave in Ada).
Al-Anon meets Sundays at 8 p.m. at Central Church of Christ at 820 Stadium Drive in Ada.

Tupelo Public Works Authority will meet in the Tupelo Senior Citizens center.
Compassionate Friends support group meets at 6:30 p.m. in the First United Methodist Church fellowship hall, 129 W. 14th. Byrd’s Mill Archeology Society meets at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month at Valley View Regional Hospital conference room.
New group forming to work with all agencies of Law Enforcement and Emergency Services, East Central University, Indian Nations, and other social groups, to facilitate a better life, for seniors and disabled of Southeastern Oklahoma, including Ada, Pontotoc, Durant and Bryan. Vision Bank hosts a blood drive from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the bank board room.
Ada Chickasaw Senior Citizens will host an Indian taco sale from 4-7 p.m. at the senior site, 1005 Chamber Loop. A pie and cake auction takes place at 5:30 p.m. Cost of the taco, dessert and drink is $6. For delivery of two or more in the city limits, phone 580-436-1007.
Gospel and country music singers Thurman Rinehart, Leon Barnett and Gene Williams will perform for residents of Ballard Nursing Home in Ada at 2:30 p.m.
Singing Rineharts will entertain residents at Woodland Hills Nursing Home in Allen with gospel and country music at 6:30 p.m.
Divorce/Bereavement Support Group meets a 7 p.m. at Compassion Outreach Center, 1124 Cradduck Road, Ada. The group offers support for those who have lost a loved one through divorce or death. For more information, phone Tom at 332-6506.
