Correction

Diabetic Cooking School will be held on May 29 (not the 23rd) and June 3rd at the Pontotoc County OSU Extension Office from 9 a.m. to  1 p.m.

There is a $5 registration fee that is due on enrollment for the classes.

To enroll call the OSU Extension Office at 580-332-2153 or come by at 1700 N. Broadway, Ada.

Catch the reading bug at Ada library

ADA — Ada Public Library’s summer reading program called “Catch the Reading Bug,” will begin June 2. There will be storytimes, workshops, spcial performers and movies for children ages 3-12 and teens 13-18. Summer schedules are available. All programs are free and open to the public. For more information, phone 580-436-8124.

Latta High School 1998 class reunites

LATTA — Latta High School Class of 1998 will be having its 10-year reunion July 18 at Fossil Creek Ranch.

Persons who graduated in that class or know someone who did are asked to email lattagraduate98@yahoo.com with contact information. Information packets will be sent out with more details.
