FRIDAY

SEPT. 26, 2008

◊ Hayes second grade students will present a play, “It’s a Jungle Out There!” at 2 p.m. for family and friends.

◊ A blood drive will be held at the Bloodmobile located outside of Scraptopia at 212 E. Main from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Donors will receive either a free OU or OSU T-shirt for donating.

SATURDAY

SEPT. 27, 2008

◊ Zeta Tau Alpha and the East Central University athletic department will host a “PINK OUT” ECU football game at 2 p.m. at Norris Field. Support breast cancer awareness - wear pink and get in one-half price. Martin’s Jewelry is also sponsoring a giveaway at halftime. For more information, phone Alison Lee at 580-279-9093.

◊ American Legion Bingo every Saturday from 6-10 p.m. at the American Legion Building on North Broadway (next to the Pepsi plant). The event is open to the entire family. Snack bar available. Proceeds go to fund American Legion projects. For more information, phone 559-2732.

◊ Ada Public Library will hold Lapsit Storytime for infants, birth to 24 months, at 11 a.m.

◊ Fall storytime for preschoolers (age 3-5 years) meets at 1:30 p.m. at Ada Public Library.

◊ Byng Indian Education Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the high school student center. The agenda will include the election of committee members. OCT. 1, 2008

◊ Wednesday Morning Music Club meets at Ada Arts and Heritage Center. Refreshments will be served at 9:30 a.m. and program begins at 10 a.m. Bob Bennett and Friends will present “All That Jazz.” For more information, phone 332-1374.
