Divorce/Bereavement Support Group meets at 7 p.m. at The Compassion Outreach Center, 1124 Craddock Road. The group offers support for those who have lost a loved one through divorce or death. For more information, phone Tom at 332-6506.
A dance is held every Wednesday at the Irving Community Center, 704 N. Oak, from 7:30-10 p.m. The cost is $6 per person.
Baptist Village of Ada will host an Art Show Oct. 3-15 featuring Magic Brush Art Guild. For information contact Bob Abbott at 310-0508. Baptist Village is located at 3501 Oakridge Drive, across the street from Kerr Research Center.

Allen Veteterinary Clinic will vaccinate dogs and cats for rabies from 8:30 a.m. until noon and 1-4:30 p.m. Cost is $8 per animal.
Game On @ The Library will be held from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at the Ada Public Library. Teens and tweens will meet in the upstairs large meeting room for activities including Wii games, Guitar Hero & more. The Pride of Oklahoma Marching Band is coming to Ada High School on its way to the Red River Rivalry with Texas. They will rehearse from 9:30-11 a.m. Ada High Band Boosters will supply lunch for the 350-piece band and then they will leave to go to Dallas. They will perform at the High School Football Field. Admission is free.
Celebrate Recovery meets each Friday at Grace Community Church in Konawa on SH 99. The program is for anyone with hurts, habits or hangups. From 6-7 p.m., a meal is served for $3; group from 7 to 9 p.m. is free. For more information, phone 580-272-3320 or 925-3545.

Town of Roff will hold its 18th annual Oktoberfest on Main Street. There will be food and craft booths, games, live music and pony rides. the parade begins at 10 a.m. For more information, phone Nelda Burrows at 580-421-7127 or 580-456-7423.
Byng High School Drama Club is sponsoring a bake sale and car wash at Walmart from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donations will be accepted. Procedes will be used for a trip to New York City in the spring.
Descendants, friends and relatives of John D. and Pearl Smith Hudson are invited to the fifth Hudson Reunion to be held at Wintersmith Lodge in Ada, Oklahoma. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and each family is asked to bring a covered dish. For more information, phone 580-421-9555.

Ada American Legion Post 72 sponsors Bingo Saturday nights at 6 and 7:30 p.m. The Post hall is located at 3529 N. Broadway, Ada. Refreshments are available. Proceeds finance veterans and their families, scholarships and Boys and Girls State.
The 22nd Judicial District CASA, Inc. hosts its fifth annual benefit event, Country Roads dinner, concert, live and silent auction at Ada Elks Club in Ada. Dinner with comedian Darlin’ Darla, entertainer Amber Henderson, and silent auction is from 5:30-7 p.m. Live auction and concert featuring Snowy River Band and Clancy Davis begins at 7 p.m Tickets are $40 per person or $65 per couple. Sportsman Lake benefit Big Bass and Bank Fishing Tournaments are hosted by the city of Seminole. Sportsman Lake is located 7 miles east of Seminole on Sportsman Lake Road. Big Bass tournament is from 7 a .m. until 3 p.m. with entry fee of $40 per team/boat on or before Oct. 7; $50 entry fee after Oct. 7. Bank Fishing tournament is from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. with a $10 entry fee per person before Oct. 7; $15 entry fee after Oct. 7. Tournament procceds benefit Sportsman Lake.
