• Al-Anon meets Fridays at 8 p.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church at 17th Street and Broadway in Ada.

• Celebrate Recovery meets each Friday at Grace Community Church in Konawa on SH 99. The program is for anyone with hurts, habits or hangups. From 6-7 p.m., a meal is served for $3; group from 7 to 9 p.m. is free. For more information, phone 580-272-3320 or 925-3545.

• Stonewall Nursing Home hosts a Halloween party from 7-9 p.m. Events include a cake walk, Bingo and Haunted house. Proceeds go to provide Christmas for residents of Stonewall Nursing Home.

• ECU theatre presents “Book of Days” by Lanford Wilson, directed by Dr. Richard Groetzinger, Oct. 22 – 24 at 7:30 p.m. and Oct. 25 at 2 p.m. in the Chalmers Herman Theatre, in Hallie Brown Ford Fine Arts Center at East Central University. Tickets are $5 for adults; $4 for senior citizens and students; free for ECU students, faculty and staff with ID. Reservations are suggested. This play is intended for mature audiences.
