STRATFORD — Donnie and Neta Bryan Bonner, Stratford, were married Saturday, May 16, 1959, at Stratford. They will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with a come-and-go reception, hosted by their children, from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, May 16, at First Assembly of God Church in Stratford.
Mr. Bonner worked for lumber yards in Ada, Pauls Valley and Stratford, as well as for Ada Block Company in Ada. He retired from Garvin County District 3 in 2003.
Mrs. Bonner worked at Stratford Locker and Grocery and Stratford Nursing Center as social services and activity director. She also retired in 2003.
The couple lives on a small farm north of Stratford. They have three children: Kenny Bonner and wife Danielle of Stratford, Ronnie Bonner and wife Keri of Choctaw, and Sheila Treat and husband Kenny of Durant. The Bonners have 12 grandchildren, Melissa Bonner Andrews and husband Thomas, Brian Bonner and Destiny Gammill, all of Stratford; Jennifer Bonner Daugherty and husband Jason of Pauls Valley; Angela Bonner of Wayne; Toby Bonner of Purcell; Chance, Colton, Riley and Blake Bonner of Choctaw; and Kendra and Brandon Treat of Durant. They also have two great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Williams and Chesney Daughterty of Pauls Valley.
Friends and family are invited to attend the reception. Your presence is the only gift they wish to receive.
