BALLAJURA, Australia — Shannon and Hailey Gallup announce the arrival of a baby brother, Dylan Patrick Gallup, April 30, 2008, at Mercy Hospital in Mt. Lawley, Australia. He weighed 8 pounds, 3.5 ounces. Their parents are David and Karen Gallup, Ballajura, Australia. Grandparents are Nola Sugget, Beechroro, Australia, and the late Kevin Suggett, and Leora Gallup, Ada, Okla., and the late Pat Gallup.
