STRATFORD — Kenneth and Sheri Cagle, Stratford, announce the birth of a daughter, Zoey Ann Cagle, at 8:52 a.m. April 15, 2008, at Valley View Regional Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 19 inches long. She joins a brother, Braxton, 8. Grandparents are Fred and Karen Parsons, Stratford, and John and Verna Cagle, Ada. Great-grandparents are Gene Maddox, Stratford, and Ken and Mary Cagle, Oklahoma City.
