Vision Bank names student board

Ada Vision Bank held its first Student Board of Directors meeting for the 2008 spring semester. The Student Board program is designed to give high school seniors an opportunity to become educated about the banking industry. Students from local schools are selected by their schools to participate in the program based on their academic and leadership skills. The bank’s Student Board of Directors consists of seniors from Ada, Byng, Latta, and Vanoss.

The students attend meetings at the bank periodically during the spring semester. This is the eighth year the program has been in effect.

Students participating in the program include Erin Case, Byng; Jaclyn Campbell, Latta; Sarah Drush, Byng; Ellen Estabrooks, Ada; Sierra Gray, Latta; Heather Holland, Ada; Amy Huddleston, Byng; Bethany Jackson, Ada; Kasey King, Vanoss; Jeni Presley, Ada; Katie Privett, Ada; Gracie Robertson, Latta; Caleb Timmons, Byng; Trevin Vass, Ada; Jessica Welch, Vanoss.
