Navarro County Sheriff's Department reports

From reports released by the Navarro County Sheriff's Department on Monday, Nov. 2, 2009:



• Deputy Adrian Harris responded to a report of burglary of a building in the 4700 block of NECR 1040.

• Deputy Jason Earles filed a report of possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

• Deputy Clint Andrews responded to a report of fraudulent use of identifying information in the 800 block of NWCR 2007.

• Deputy Jason Earles filed a report of driving while license suspended and no insurance on South 15th Street in Corsicana.

• Sgt. Jimmy Johnson took a report of theft of property over $1,500/under $20,000.

• Deputy Clint Andrews responded to a report of theft of property over $50/under $500 in the 15000 block of West State Highway 31 in Purdon.

• Deputy Rickey Ragan responded to a report of burglary of a habitation in the 100 block of South Hopkins in Emhouse.

• Officer Derick Price made an arrest for public intoxication in the 100 block of Lakeside Drive.

• Deputy Billy Bryant made an arrest for DWI/open container at SECR 1020 and SECR 1050 in Navarro.

• Deputy Scott Wiley responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 6200 block of West State Highway 31.

• Deputy Kris Matthews responded to a report of burglary of a building in the 4400 block of FM 709.
