ADA — Exchanging wedding vows July 18, 2009, are Carrie Welch, Stonewall, and Jeffrey Odell, Ada. Steve Wilburn, Fitzhugh, will officiate the 7 p.m. private ceremony at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth, Texas.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Annette Welch, Stonewall. Grandparents are Willard and Iva Lois Sliger, Stonewall, and Wanda Welch, Coleman and the late Benjamin "Mack" Welch. She graduated from Stonewall High School in 2003 and is a 2007 graduate of East Central University with a degree in business administration/finance. She is employed by First United Bank.
Parents of the future bridegroom are Dwight and Debra Odell, Fitzhugh. Grandparents are the late Barney and Barbara Odell, Olan Henderson and Gloria Sue Welch. He graduated from Roff High School in 2002. He is employed by Hibbett Sporting Goods Inc.
