American Idol season 6 finalist performs in Ponca City

Ponca City — The House FM presented American Idol Season 6 finalist Chris Sligh who performed consecutive night concerts in Oklahoma on August 16th & 17th. On Saturday, August 16th, Sligh took the stage at 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Moore, Okla. The Sunday, August 17 performance will take place at 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

American Idol Season 6 finalist Chris Sligh is a Christian singer/songwriter whose debut national release Running Back to You (Brash Music) has been met with critical and commercial acclaim.

His first single, “Empty Me”, is currently charting in the Top 10 of R&R’s Christian AC chart and spent nearly 4 weeks in the top 10 on the iTunes Christian/Gospel chart making him one of the top Christian debuts of 2008 to date.
