Tuesday — Chef salad with meat, egg and cheese, salad vegetables, English peas, crackers, salad dressing, fruit cocktail.
Wednesday — Chili with beans, cheddar cheese, coleslaw, crackers, chopped onions, fruit-flavored gelatin.
Thursday — Pork roast, mashed potaotes, brown gravy, buttered carrots, corn bread, cobbler.
Friday — Oven-fried chicken, buttered corn, tossed green salaad, wheat roll and lemon cake.
