Monday — Chicken over noodles, candied yams, broccoli with cheese sauce, hot roll, and pear halves.
Tuesday — Pork chops with gravy, mashed potatoes, English peas, corn bread and fruit-flavored gelatin with whipped topping.
Wednesday — Spaghetti and meat sauce, seasoned green beans, buttered carrots, garlic bread and apricot cobbler.
Thursday — Roast beef with carrots, potatoes, onions and celery, black-eyed peas, whole wheat roll and fruit.
Friday — Chicken strips, cucumber and tomato/or tomato and onion salad, potato salad, biscuit and strawberry shortcake.
