Former Roff All-State Baseball player Caleb Bass will be playing in the National Junior College World Series in Grand Junction, Colo., May 23-30. Bass graduated from Roff in 2007 and now pitches and plays outfield for the Cowley County Tigers in Arkansas City KS. The Tigers won the Region 6 Championship in Wichita, Kansas last week coming, from behind twice in dramatic fashion to force an if-necessary game. The Tigers then defeated Seward County (KS) 6-3 to advance to the JUCO World Series.
