1-on-1 Cherronte Watts

Never has the phrase “faster than a speeding bullet” been more true than now. This senior from the Jackson High School Red Devils track team has recently been laying down laps so fast that if you blink, you’ll miss him. He recently walked away with the individual title of men’s 100-meter champion in his team’s invitational-only event two weekends ago in Henry County. So, with that being said we thought that we’d line up beside him on the starting grid to see if the talk was true. Unfortunately, we never made it off the line because when the gun fired we were left blinded and choking on the dust that came from the bottom of his shoes. This week we go 1-on-1 with Cherronte Watts.
