1-on-1 Keldric Appling

All season the Jackson Red Devils’ basketball team has been in need of a point guard. Well, call it a Christmas present, because since the team’s first game back from the holiday break on January 3, this guy’s been the man for Jackson. He’s picked up the load for the Red Devils and has taken a lot of the team’s offense into his own hands.

In the 11 games he’s played in since the first of the year he’s averaged 17.2 points per game-more than any other player on the team. With his sister Kendra graduating last year and now attending college in Tennessee, we figured he needed some competition, so this week we return the segment for the new year as we go 1 on 1 with Red Devil basketball player, Keldric Appling.
