A Coalgate teen was injured during a single vehicle accident just before 7 a.m. Friday.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper John Ivey said Teri Rae O’Flannagen, 17, was driving a 1999 Ford pickup east on State Highway 31, four miles west of Coalgate, when the wreck occurred.
O’Flannagen ran off the road to the right, overcorrected and rolled two-and-a-half times before landing upside down, Ivey said.
She was taken by medical helicopter to St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa and admitted in serious condition with head, arm and leg injuries.
Ivey said O’Flannagen was wearing a seat belt and listed the cause of the accident as driver inattention.
