— ROFF — Roff special election results are in and Todd McCaskill defeated challengers Doris M. Harrison and Murl D. Phillips. in ward 2 with 85 votes for 55.56 percent.
In ward 4, Melissa Morgan beat incumbent Edward P. Tingle Sr., and challenger Donald Burkhead with 77 votes for 50.66 percent.
