Students named 4-H Ambassadors

The Pontotoc County 4-H Ambassador program offers a great opportunity for younger members to gain leadership skills and better prepare them to participate in leadership roles.
County Ambassadors must be between 11-13 years old and participate in at least 2 county activities and events yearly.
Candidates were chosen based on their applications, references and interviews

Adam Daniel is a member of the Homeschool 4-H club. His 4-H projects include small pets and woodworking. Adam is serving his first year as a 4-H Ambassador. Adam is the son of Mamie Thompson.


Alicia Daniel is a member of the Homeschool 4-H club. Her 4-H projects are fabric and fashion, cats, public speaking, vet science and food and nutrition. Alicia is serving her first year as a 4-H Ambassador. She is the daughter of Mamie Thompson.


Angel Wade is a member of the Meat Science 4-H club. Angel’s projects include clothing and textiles, public speaking and goats. She is serving her first year as a 4-H Ambassador. Angel is the daughter of Tony and Kim Wade.


Katelyn Wade is a member of the Byng and Meat Science 4-H Clubs. Her projects include personal development, clothing and textiles, citizenship, leadership, rabbits and poultry. She is serving her first year as a 4-H Ambassador. Katelyn is the daughter of Chance and Crystal Wade.


Taylor Smith is a member of the Meat Science 4-H club. Her projects include beef, sheep and community service. This is Taylor’s first year to serve as a 4-H Ambassador. She is the daughter Ricky and Becky Smith.
