CNDC appoints new CFO

ADA — Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce has announced the appointment of Patrick Neeley as Chief Financial Officer.

Neeley has more than twenty-seven years of financial experience including positions as both CFO and business advisor to national and international clients. His experience spans a wide range of industries and disciplines with particular industry expertise in hospitality, gaming, real estate, construction, and financial services.

He comes to the Division of Commerce from Ineum Consulting (formerly Parson Consulting) where he was the firm’s lead partner in the area of hospitality and gaming for North America and Australia. In this role at Ineum, Neeley consulted with the Commerce Division’s Information Technology Department regarding the implementation of Cognos, a planning, forecasting and business intelligence tool.

Neeley is a licensed CPA in Texas and began his professional career at Arthur Andersen. Prior to joining Ineum Consulting, Neeley was a consulting partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving as both a regional and national leader in key vertical practices, as well as a regional leader in the Finance Transformation practice. Earlier in his career, he served as Executive Vice President of Finance for Lexington Management Corporation, a regional Hotel Management company where he lead efforts in the acquisition, development, strategic planning, business plan development, operation and sale of real estate, including both equity and debt financing activities.

Neeley earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Texas. He is a current or former member of the American Institute of CPA’s, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, the Board of Governors-Hotel and Restaurant Management Program at UNT, and the Urban Land Institute.

As Chief Financial Officer at Commerce, Neeley’s role will include reviewing, evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness of all financial and management accounting processes, policies and procedures. He will also direct the development and implementation of all financial and management reporting systems. Additionally, Neeley will assist in the coordination of major strategic, expansion and financial plans, including capital expenditure programs within the Division of Commerce.
