The granddaughter of an Ada woman was recently named 2007 Miss Rodeo Oklahoma Princess. Elise Ortega Wade, 8, Enid, won the title in the 8-12 age division, in August at Enid. She also appearance, personality, horsemanship and photogenic categories in the princess division. As Miss Rodeo Oklahoma Princess she received a custom-made saddle, belt buckle, ropthy pendant, hat and other prizes. She is the daughter of Doug and Sandra Wade, Enid; and granddaughter of Lavena Madden, Ada.
