An Ada man died in a head-on collision on State Highway 3 west of Coalgate.
A report by Oklahoma Highway Patrol said 27-year-old Blakely Ray Butler died just before 4:45 p.m. Friday.
Troopers said Butler was westbound when his 2001 Dodge pickup truck crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound pickup driven by Jerry W. Henderson, 40, Bristow. The driver of the second vehicle wasn't injured.
Cause of the collision is still under investigation.
Eshonda Seals, 23, formerly of Ada, was killed in a car accident in Oklahoma City Thursday.
A report by Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Les Grino said Seals was driving east on NE 23rd Street in a 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. For unknown reasons, she lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a traffic light pole.
Seals died from head injuries and was pinned in the wreckage for 20 minutes. Grino said seals was wearing a seat belt and listed the cause of the accident as unsafe speed, but witnesses said she was being chased by a black SUV prior to the accident.
OHP Lt. Cad Bradley told a News 9 reporter there was possibly a black Suburban, Blazer or Tahoe involved in the events preceding the wreck. The matter is under investigation and authorities are asking anyone with information to phone 1-800-OHP-TIPS.
