Hudson family gathers in Ada for annual reunion
ADA — Relatives, friends and descendants of John D. and Pearl Smith Hudson met Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009, at Wintersmith Lodge in Ada for the fifth annual reunion. Visiting and good food was enjoyed by forty-three people.
The oldest person to attend was Jack Hudson (78) from Chickasha and the youngest was Aycee Dudley (2 months) from Ada. Damon and Kate Hudson drove from Pea Ridge, Ark, which was the longest distance.
Attending from Ada were: Matt, Missy, Kaden and Aycee Dudley, Kinchata Ray, Jim, Dorothy, Broc, Beau, Brig, and Bryndee Ray, Bryce Gilleland, Donna Patton, Russell Hudson, Audrey Murphy, John Ray, Krista Hudson, Orlando Hatten, Tasha and Josh Hodge, Marsha Eaker and Rich Eaker.

From Madill, Okla.: June Huddleston, Randal, Karla, Mari, Celina, Azalan and Justin Stowers.
From Pauls Valley, Okla.: Larry, Sue and Steve Yeargan.
From Roff, Okla.: Theresa Ray, Jimmy and Marilyn Ray, Joe Don and Mary Ray.
From Muskogee, Okla.: Anna Jean and Jack Key.
From Plano, Texas: Peggy Hill Dean
From Pea Ridge, Arkansas: Damon and Kate Hudson
The next reunion is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010 in Ada, Oklahoma at the Wintersmith Lodge.
