EDMOND — Paradigm Realty in Edmond and AdvantEdge Real Estate Group in Oklahoma City announced recently they have merged and formed a new company, Paradigm/AdvantEdge Real Estate. The owners of the new company are Charlene Wilson, Pat Hoge and Mike Cassidy.
Paradigm Realty was established in 1995 by Charlene Wilson and Pat Hoge, and has steadily grown to be the number 2 independent company in the Metro Area. Paradigm Realty has provided residential and commercial real estate sales and property Management services.
AdvantEdge Real Estate, an independent company, of similar size and volume was established in 1997 and operated under a franchise name until January of 2008.
“First, I am very excited. We will certainly be customer focused," said Charlene Wilson. "We have a strong group of dedicated individuals.”
Judy Lindsay, will be president of the Oklahoma City Board of Realtors in 2009, Mike Cassidy is a Oklahoma Real Estate Commissioner, and Charlene Wilson serves on the Board of Advisors for the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce.
“The real estate market is still very strong in Oklahoma and we are very positive about it’s continued growth," said Pat Hoge. "This merger positions two strong Oklahoma owned and operated companies an even greater opportunity to serve the real estate needs of our fellow Oklahomans. As the TV commercial says, 'We believe in Oklahoma' and this is one of our ways of showing it.”
“The merger of two powerful independent real estate companies is a strategic move in our market," said Mike Cassidy. "By combining forces, we are strengthening our ability to offer the very finest 'cutting edge' service to the public and to our Realtors.”
AdvantEdge will relocate its office at Hefner Pointe to Paradigm’s new location at 16301 N. May.
