Free workshop, small business basics

— Providing small business owners with opportunities for increasing sales and profits is the focus of a free training session scheduled to be held in Seminole on Oct. 21, according to Dr. Barbara Rackley, coordinator of the Women’s Business Center of Rural Enterprises of Oklahoma, Inc.
Dewey Brandon, of the Oklahoma Tax Commission, will present the workshop entitled, “Small Business Basics.” The workshop is from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m., at Seminole State College, Haney Center, 701 Boren Boulevard, in Seminole.
