STONEWALL — Services for Billy Jack Stowe, 67, Stonewall, are 2 p.m. Thursday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Roger McMahan will officiate. Burial will follow at Citra Cemetery.
Mr. Stowe died Monday, Feb. 11, 2008, at his home. He was born April 5, 1940, at Citra to Marvin Estell and Velda Nickell Stowe.
He attended Homer, Lovelady and Byng schools. Mr. Stowe was a rental property manager and also did general maintenance and was an electrician.
Survivors include three sons, Isaac Stowe, of the home, Johnie Stowe and Toney Stowe, both of Bethany; a granddaughter, Toni Stowe, Bethany; two sisters, Francine Simmons and husband Lonnie, Ada, and Glenda Mae Ellison, Shawnee; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Joy Nell Simmons.
Bearers will be Ronnie Simmons, Jim Simmons, Phillip Simmons, Terry Simmons, Dan Oliver and Bryce Oliver.
