RUBY CULBERT
ADA-Services for Ruby Mae Culbert, 94, Ada, formerly of Oklahoma City are 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Memorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 N. Kelley Ave., Oklahoma City. James Lusby will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. Tuesday until service time Wednesday at Memorial Park Funeral Home in Oklahoma City.
Mrs. Culbert died Sunday, April 5, 2009 at a local nursing home.

MELBA MOFFATT
ADA — Services for Melba Clarice Moffatt, 86, Ada, are 2 p.m. Wednesday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Dr. George Warren will officiate. Burial will follow at Green Meadows Cemetery in Atoka.
Mrs. Moffatt died Sunday, April 5, 2009 at a local hospital. She was born June 2, 1922 at Jesse, Oklahoma to Clyde and Velma Dale Chapman. She attended Wards Chapel school and graduated from Atoka High School. She graduated from Draughan’s Business College in Oklahoma City.
She married George R. Moffatt on February 7, 1942 in Waurika, Oklahoma. He died August 3, 2003. Mrs. Moffatt was a Draft Board Director with Selective Service in Atoka and Tulsa from 1942 until 1974. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Ada.
Survivors include one brother, Bill Chapman and wife Sheril, Ada; a special niece, Carey Chapman Watson and husband Ronnie, Moore; a special nephew, Todd Chapman, Moore; two sisters-in-law, Mary McNeil, Sulphur and Alice Gardner, Waco, Texas; one brother-in-law, Wallace Moffatt, Mabank, Texas; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

WILLIAM SHELTON
ADA — Services for William Ray Shelton, 68, are pending with Smith-Phillips Funeral Home in Ada. Mr. Shelton died April 4, 2009.
