BRUCE BUCKMASTER SR.
ADA — Memorial services for Bruce Burton Buckmaster Sr., 68, will be Saturday, May 9, at 11 a.m. at Harmony Free Will Baptist Church of Ada.
Mr. Buckmaster was born to Charles and Mary Buckmaster Sept. 30, 1939, in Akron, Ohio. He died April 20, 2009, at The Golden Living Center in Columbus Neb.
He married Sharon Marie Burkahart July 15, 1961.
Mr. Buckmaster is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Rosie.
Survivors include four children, Judy Taylor of Latta, Gail Priest and husband Mike of Roff, Sandy Barrati and husband Kevin of Fremont, Calif., and Bruce Buckmaster Jr. and wife Jean of Schuyler, Neb.; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Watt and Jim; and sister Dorothy.

ADA — Services for Elmo Fulton, 80, Ada, are 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2009, at Southwest church of Christ in Ada. Burial follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Ada. Officiating will be Floyd Kaiser. Viewing will be from 1-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at Smith-Phillips Funeral Home.
Mr. Fulton died Monday, May 4, 2009, at his home in Ada. He was born Aug. 22, 1928, in Ada to William Ermett Fulton and Loma Brumley Fulton.
He married June Choate on Sept. 25, 1953, in Ada.
Mr. Fulton attended and graduated from Latta Public Schools. He worked for People’s Electric Cooperative for more than 40 years as a lineman. He also served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a lifelong resident of Ada and was a member of the Southwest Church of Christ in Ada.
Survivors include his wife, June Fulton, of the home; one son, Terry Fulton and his wife Lisa of Ada; and two grandchildren, Hunter Lee Fulton and Fisher Lynn Fulton both of Ada.
He was preceded in death by twin sons, Randall Gene and Ronald Dean Fulton; one daughter, Toni Lynn Fulton; his parents: Ermett and Loma Fulton; one sister, June Cantrell; and one nephew, Roger Cantrell.
Bearers are Hondo Huckeby, Stewart Ryan, Ricky Parr, Eugene Cannon, Wayne King and Bill Blackwell.
Honorary bearers: are Glen Hinkle, Robert and Glen Fulton, Don Price, Johnny Boring, Jerry Dyer, Jeff McMahan, Bill Parr, Travis Ellison, Bob Gray, Glen Smith and Brian Webb.
