OPAL EVANS
PERRY — Opal McFarland Evans, former Ada resident, died Friday, May 29, 2009 at home. She was born June 11, 1918 in Kiefer, OK to James and Mabel (Walker) McFarland. She graduated in 1936 from Perry High School and attended Central State College in Edmond.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Kenneth F. Evans, Sr., and one son, Ken Evans, Jr. She is survived by her daughters Karen Evans of Hutchinson, KS and Kathy Tatum, of Madisonville, TX, eight grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, sister Wanda Phillips of Midwest City and brother James McFarland of Claremore.
Mrs. Evans had been an active member of the Chimney Hill chapter of DAR in Ada. She served as an officer on the local, state, and national levels and received numerous awards for her services.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at the Pleasantview Cemetery in Sumner, OK at 11 a.m. Visitation will be held Monday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Perry Funeral Home.

BABY BOY WYCHE
FITZHUGH-Private family graveside services for Baby Boy Wyche, infant son of Dan and D’Ann Boatright Wyche were held at 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Pontotoc Cemetery, Rev. Steve Wilburn officiated.
The baby was born and died Saturday, May 30, 2009 in Ada, Oklahoma.
Survivors include his parents, Dan and D’Ann Wyche, of the home; a brother, Daniel Thomas “D.T.” Wyche, of the home; his maternal grandparents, Don and Shirley Boatright, Roff; paternal grandparents, Danny and Glenna Wyche, Fitzhugh; great-grandmother, Wynona Williams, Fitzhugh; his adoptive great-grandmother, Grace Downs, Fittstown; two aunts, Deanna Wyche, Tecumseh and Keisha Brewer and husband Randall, Roff; and two cousins, Dakota and Zackary Brewer.

GROVE — Graveside services for Robert Craig Gay "RC," 86, will be noon Wednesday at Olympus Cemetery with Rev. Randall Hamill officiating. Visitation and story-time will be at 11 a.m. before the service. Mr. Gay died Sunday, May 31, 2009 at Integris Grove General Hospital.

MAUD — Graveside services for Billy Max Pace, 80, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 3 at Cummungs Cemetery in Maud with Rev. Mitch Williams officiating.
Mr. Pace died Thursday, May 28, 2009 at his home in Claremore.
