DAVIS — Services for Vernon Ray Hasten, 85, Davis, are 2 p.m. Monday at Krien Funeral Home Chapel, Davis. Burial follows at Oaklawn Cemetery, Sulphur.
Mr. Hasten died July 9, 2008.

ADA — Services for Patsy Gayle Byers, 71, Ada, are pending with Criswell Funeral Home. Mrs. Byers died Friday, July 11, 2008 at a local hospital.

IMOGENE RAINS
OKLAHOMA CITY — Graveside services for Imogene Wise Rains, 84, Oklahoma City, formerly of the Stonewall area, are 10 a.m. Saturday at Highland Cemetery in Stonewall, Don Hoover officiating.
Mrs. Rains died Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born June 25, 1924, at Stratford to Thomas and Edna McKeel Wise.
She attended school at Stonewall. She lived in Oklahoma City for many years and was affiliated with the Church of Christ.
Survivors include a daughter, Ruth Dejarnette and husband Mark, Oklahoma City; three sons, Samuel Rains and wife Mary, Humble, Texas; Phillip Rains and wife Cathy, Oklahoma City; and Mark Rains and wife Linda, Atoka; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bearers will be Terry Stone, Richard Stone, Josh Sanders, Sammy Rains, Henry Wise and Henry Allen.
The family says those who wish may make memorials to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for Parkinson’s Disease Research, 825 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73104-9930.

BEATRICE PATTON
ADA — Services for Beatrice R. Patton, 98, Ada, are 11 a.m. Saturday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Bobby Scott will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Patton died Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at a Sulphur nursing home. She was born March 2, 1910, at Caddo, Okla., to Charles P. and Effie Dee Seawright Cates.
She attended rural schools in Oklahoma and moved to Ada about 1934.
Mrs. Patton was a sales clerk for Scott’s Department Store, Gluckman’s Department Store and also Wall’s Discount for many years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, and was a master gardener.
She married A. L. Patton on February 10, 1934, in Frederick, Okla. He died Feb. 1, 1965.
Survivors include a daughter, Pat Ashmore and husband Jerry, Weatherford, Texas; two sons, A.L. Patton Jr. and wife Sue, Mill Creek, and Charles G. Patton, Oklahoma City; one sister, Janie Jamar and husband Albert, Ada; five grandchildren, Kenny Scott, Bobby G. Scott, Lewis Wade Scott, Hardy Patton, and Kristopher Patton; great-grandchildren, Misty Smith, Brent Scott, Emma Patton, Jake Patton, Ryan Patton, Matthew Patton, Leitasha Scott, and Brad Scott; and two great-great-grandchildren, Charity Smith and Ashlyn Smith.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Lucian Cates and Pat Cates, and her stepmother who reared her, Lucy B. Shelton Cates.
Bearers will be her grandsons, Hardy Patton, Kristopher Patton, Lewis Wade Scott and Kenny Scott, her son-in-law, Jerry Ashmore, and great-grandson, Brent Scott.

TERRY CROW
ALLEN — Services for Terry Annette Crow, 49, Allen, are 2 p.m. Saturday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Kelly McElroy will officiate. Burial will follow at Center Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. today at Criswell Funeral Home.
Ms. Crow died Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at an Allen nursing home. She was born Sept. 10, 1958, at Grand Prairie, Texas, to David and Viola McElroy Crow.
She graduated from Tupelo High School and attended nursing school.
She married Jackie Sellers Jr. Oct. 13, 1979. He died Sept. 11, 1991. She later married Howard Earl Martin Sept. 9, 2000.
Ms. Crow was a licensed practical nurse for Jan Frances Nursing Home until her retirement. She was a Jehovah Witness.
Survivors include three daughters, Karmen Holman and husband Thomas, Allen, Shyanne Frazier, Ardmore, and Checotah Frazier, Ardmore; her father, David Crow, Allen, one sister, Dianne Martinez and husband David, Oklahoma City; and a grandson, Preston Holman, Allen, and a lifelong friend, Sheri Hurley, Kiowa, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Bearers will be Joe McFarland, Philip Hodo, Mike Countryman, and Keith Sanders.
