— Buster and Catherine Legate
STONEWALL — The ashes of Buster and Catherine Legate, former residents of Stonewall, Okla., and more recent residents of Las Cruces, N.M., will be interred at Highland Cemetery in Stonewall on Saturday, July 20 at 10 a.m.
Mrs. Legate’s death on March 31, 2008, was preceded by Mr. Legate’s death in 1988.
They are survived by three daughters, Ollie Ziehl and Robbie Morgan of Las Cruces, N.M., and Jan Johnson of Albuquerque, N.M.; three grandchildren, Paul Morgan, Albuquerque, N.M., Michael Tune, Seattle, Wash., and Araceli Artalejo Ziehl, Las Cruces, N.M.; and two great-grandsons, Scott and Joseph Morgan, Albuquerque, N.M.

DAVIS — Services for Ester Ruth Elliott, 70, Davis, are 10 a.m. Friday at Midway Hill Baptist Church. Burial follows at Rose Hill Cemetery, Ardmore.
Ms. Elliott died July 15, 2008.

Mrs. Snider died July 14, 2008, at Ardmore.

ADA —Services for Minnie Shell Gabbard, 87, Ada, are 11 a.m. Monday at Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church, the Revs. Greg Pollard and Frank Trent will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Gabbard died Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at a local hospital.
