CHARLES STONECIPHER
ADA – Memorial service for Charles E. Stonecipher, 68, Ada, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009, at Smith-Phillips Funeral Home, Ada. Officiating will be the Rev. Lewis Perry.
Mr. Stonecipher died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009, at a local hospital. He was born July 7, 1941, at Stratford to L.D. Stonecipher and Mildred Gentry Stonecipher.
Mr. Stonecipher graduated from Vanoss High School in 1959 and later graduated from East Central University in Ada with bachelor's and master's degrees in elementary education in 1965. He worked for Melton Truck Lines as a truck driver for many years and was a lifelong resident of the area.
He married Sharon Orr on May 3, 1993, at Sherman, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Stonecipher, of the home; two sons, Chad Stonecipher and his wife Karyl of Austin, Texas, and Jerry Dale Lovelis of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo.; a daughter, Christina Deibel and her husband Charles of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo.; two sisters, Judy Endicot and her husband Gary of Stratford, and Kim Teachey and her husband Andy of Stratford; his mother, Mildred Stonecipher of Ada; and four grandchildren, Sadie and Gunner Stonecipher and Zach and Samantha Diebel.
He was preceded in death by his father, L.D. Stonecipher.

ADA — Services for Teresa Gale Presley, 47, Ada, are 10 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Baptist Church, the Revs. David Gray and Ray Talbott will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mrs. Presley died Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009, at a local hospital. She was born Nov. 19, 1961, at Ada to Ralph Patrick and Ester Nickell McGalliard.
She lived in Ada all her life, attending Hayes elementary school, Ada High School and graduated from Byng High School in 1980.
She married Joe B. Presley on June 27, 1981, at Ada.
Mrs. Presley was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service for 15 years. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Presley, of the home; one son, Zachary Dean Presley, Wichita, Kan.; a daughter, Jeni Cheyenne Presley, Edmond; her mother, Ester McGalliard, Ada; a brother, Michael McGalliard; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Pete and Lahoma Presley, Ada; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Patrick McGalliard on April 20, 1993; and her grandparents, Othar and Allie Mae Ragland and Guy and Mildred Nickell.
Bearers will be her nephews, Kelly Presley, Justin Presley, Jarod Presley, Phillip Presley and Josh Presley.

DANNY DRIVER
ADA — Services for Danny Wayne Driver, 61, Ada, are 2 p.m. Saturday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, the Revs. Denny Truett and Carl Hayes will officiate. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Francis. The Chickasaw Honor Guard will conduct military honors at the cemetery.
Mr. Driver died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009, at a local hospital. He was born April 21, 1948, at Ada to Conda J. and Velma Mae Kinikin Driver.
Mr. Driver attended Byng and Ada schools. He retired as a mill operator from Techni-Sand, Inc. in Roff. He was formerly employed with Brockway Glass Company for several years. He was a member of the First Lutheran Church and had served in the US. Army during the Vietnam Era for four years.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary Jane Driver; his mother, Velma Mae Driver, Ada; a brother, Conda J. Driver Jr., Ada; four nieces, Angela Harris, Ada, Teresa Parkey, Stratford, Janie Hardoin, Sulphur and Melissa Cooper, Ada; an uncle, Owen “Pete” Driver, Ada; a great nephew, Jeramy McElwee, Ada; a lifelong friend, Larry Cannon, Ada; and other great nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Judith Lynn Fox.
Bearers will be Larry Cannon, Jeramy McElwee, Ted Parkey, Mike Hardoin, Chris Harrelson and Larry Harris.
