Sounding board for September 28, 2008

"One comment about Gov. (Sarah) Palin. She does well in front of a teleprompter. So I would say she can sing Karaoke pretty well, but don't put her on stage."

"I am calling in about this Government bailout situation. I found I overspent a little this month and wonder if I can get bailed out and get a little help somewhere."

"I would like to comment on the comments coming out in the paper about the candidates for president. I just think common sense tells people they can look at the candidate's track record and see what they are.

"I don't like to hear a lot of hot air. I like to hear facts. Then you can understand more about the candidates. People who get up and prance around just to be seen but what they say just doesn't make sense to me. I won't listen to nobody's hot air, but I will listen to facts."
