Vote Tuesday

— Voting for the runoff election between Carl Wages and Danny Davis for Pontotoc County Commissioner District 2 will be Tuesday, Aug. 26.
See page 6 for a map showing where district 2 boundaries run through Ada. In the primary election in July, Wages received the majority of the votes in the three-way race, but fell short of the 51 percent needed to secure the position. To vote Tuesday, residents must reside in district 2 and be registered Democrats.
District 2 covers precincts 11, 31, 58, 59, 62, 67 and 98.
