Men’s fellowship set Feb. 28
ADA — A men’s fellowship will be held Feb. 28 at St. James Church of God in Christ, 3015 N. Townsend. The topic will be “Let’s Talk About It.” The event is open to men of all ages. Fellowship will begin at 1 p.m. For more information or transportation, contact Billy Blue at (580) 310-8810.
Meetings of interest to senior adults
ADA — On March 17 from 1-2 p.m., Trinity Baptist Church will continue a series of monthly meetings covering topics of special concern to senior adults in the Ada area. The event takes place in Trinity Baptist Fellowship Center.
The primary topic for March will be veteran benefits and their application in individual situations. There will be a representative of the VA on site to give individuals the information he or she needs. The representative will also attempt to answer questions.
The meetings are hosted and led by Melanie Carson, BSW (Watchman Program director) and Don Sayre, senior adult minister at Trintiy Baptist Church
Marriage enrichment lessons offered
ADA — New Life Church of the Apostolic Faith, 1003 E. 32nd, offers lessons on marriage and how to understand one another on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Counselors will be on call. Refreshments will be served.
Sunday supper served at local church
ADA — First Christian Church hosts a Sunday supper from 4:30-6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, at the church. The event, featuring a free hot meal, is open to the public. The church is located at the corner of 13th and Broadway in Ada.
Revival scheduled at Ada church
ADA — Evangelist Jay Mule, Ardmore, will be the speaker at a revival meeting at Faith Baptist Church, 2330 Ahloso Road. Services begin at 7 p.m. Feb. 23-28. For transportation or more information, phone Toney Buck at 399-1034. Nursery will be provided.
End Time Prophecy conference set
STRATFORD — New Hope Lighthouse, 330 N. Willow in Stratford, will be hosting an informative study of the Book of Revelations, Sunday through Wednesday, Feb. 22-25, Sunday at 6 p.m. and Monday through Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Dr. Terry Tramel, a minister and professor at Southwestern Christian University in Bethany, will enlighten those who attend with his 16-foot long teaching chart. Tramel has spent years studying the Book of Revelations and loves to share and help others to better understand the end of time happenings.

Gospel singing set March 6

Stratford church schedules tour
STRATFORD — New Beginnings Church hosts a tour of Greece, Athens and Thessalonica May 23-June 2. Participants will walk where the apostles walked in Thessalonica, Macedonia, Philippi, Kavala, Berea, Meterora Monastery, Athens, Plaka, Corinth and Mycenae. They will also sail on a cruise ship from Athens to the quaint isle of Mykonos, Rhodes, Lindos and the isle of Patmos and Kusadasi, Turkey.
A $500 deposit and the reservation form is due Feb. 20. Final payment is due March 23 along with a copy of the participant's passport.

Financial freedom seminar continues
ADA — First United Methodist Church, 129 W. 14th, continues a seminar on financial freedom. Church leaders say the seminar will give participants the skills, insight and commitment to get out of debt and manage their money rather than have their money manage them.
Remaining sessions include the following:
Feb. 25 — Making a Commitment. How God can really help. The group members will meet from 6-6:30 p.m. to think about how God really wants to help the members. At 6:45-7:30 p.m. those who wish may attend the church's Ash Wednesday Worship service and offer their plan to God.
