Church hosts Purposed Heart

ADA — A Purposed Heart women’s retreat is scheduled from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. March 8 at First Free Will Baptist Church, 15th and Ash. STONEWALL — Stonewall community hosts a gospel singing at 7 p.m. March 1 at Free Will Baptist Church, 301 N. Highschool. Singers, musicians and lovers of gospel music are encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be served in the fellowship hall.



Rummage sale scheduled at Stonewall

STONEWALL – Stonewall Free Will Baptist Church hosts a rummage sale March 1 from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. in fellowship hall.



‘The Woman at the Well’ presented Sunday

ADA – “The Woman at the Well” will be presented at Asbury United Methodist Church, Sunday, March 2. This is the third in a series of Readers Theater performances. This Sunday will also be a communion service.

Bible stories come alive as performed by members of the congregation. The event is free and open to the public. A free nursery is provided.

Wednesday nights are special times at Asbury where local youth gather from 5:30-7 p.m. for dinner, followed by crafts, games and stories.
