Amy Payne graduates from Belmont University

— NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Amy Payne, Ada, graduated from Belmont University with a bachelor of music in commercial music (vocal) with an emphasis in music business, May 16 during the Nashville school's spring commencement ceremony.
Graduating Magna Cum Laude, Payne was on the Dean's List during all her undergraduate studies at Belmont. She was also involved in Belmont's elite vocal show ensemble, Company, as well as the University Wind Ensemble, Women's Choir, Oratorio Chorus and Pops.
Payne is the daughter of Bob Payne, Ada, Okla., and Susan Payne, Claremore, Okla. She is a 2005 graduate of Ada High School, Ada.
She is employed as a dance instructor at Dance World of Nashville where she teaches ballroom, Latin, country and swing dancing.
