Joey D. Tackett, 44, 2011 E. Morgan Road, Jefferson, pleaded guilty April 1 to the charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. He was sentenced to one year in prison with 64 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He was fined the court costs.
Tackett also pleaded guilty April 2 to the charge of theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison with 10 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He was ordered by the court to pay $375 in restitution and fined the court costs.
Shawn A. Curtin, 25, 481 Harbor St., Conneaut, appeared April 3 for his sentencing hearing on the previous convictions of obstructing justice, a third-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and abuse of a corpse, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to six years in prison with 424 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs.
Tami L. Roberts, 41, 5525 State Road Apt. 77, Ashtabula, pleaded guilty April 3 to the charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. She was sentenced to 12 months in prison with 120 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. Her driver’s license was suspended for six months and she must pay the court costs.

Mallory, 42, 517 Blair St., Conneaut, appeared April 6 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of attempted aggravated vehicular assault, a fourth-degree felony; attempted aggravated vehicular assault, a fourth-degree felony, and attempted vehicular assault, a fourth-degree felony. He was sentenced to one year in prison with three days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs.
Brian Waldron, 20, 25 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson, pleaded guilty April 7 to the charge of theft of firearms, a third-degree felony. He was sentenced to one year in prison with 30 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs.
