ERIE — Florence R. Todd, age 61, of Main St., Conneaut, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at Hamot Medical Center in Erie.
She was born Oct. 24, 1948, in Conneaut, Ohio, the daughter of Carl and Vera McCumber.
Florence was employed by Days Inn as a housekeeper for 11 years. She enjoyed scratching lottery tickets, picture puzzles and most of all being with her family.
Florence is survived by her children, Rona (John) Gregory, Tina (William) Loomis, both of Conneaut, Tammy (Brad) Lott of Ashtabula, Ronald (Valerie) Todd Jr. and Jay J. (Suellen) Todd, both of Conneaut; 20 grandchildren; two sisters; seven brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Jimmy Jay Todd; and long time companion, Edgar “Sonny” Brown.
Funeral Service will be 12 p.m. Noon, Friday, Nov. 6th, at the THOMPSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 345 Main St., Conneaut, with Pastor Tim Kraus, of Conneaut Church of Christ, officiating. Cremation will follow and ashes will be inurned at Glenwood Cemetery at a later date.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of Service at Noon, Friday, at the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
