ASHTABULA — Ted A. Wesner Jr., age 63, of Ashtabula, died unexpectedly on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, while reading, from a probable heart attack.
He was born Feb. 7, 1946, to Theodore A. and Marie (Florentino) Wesner Sr. He was a 1964 graduate of Ashtabula High and a veteran of the Navy during the Viet Nam Era.
Ted worked for many years in local auto parts business. He was self-described as curious and had a passion for knowledge, reading everything he could. Of special interest, were the history of wars and handguns and he was a avid supporter of the NRA and a member of NA.
He married Melissa F. Wilcox Colucci on August 14, 2007, who survives. He is also survived by daughters, Christina M. Enlow of Ashtabula and Shannon M. Wesner of Lubbock, Texas; and grandchildren, Jasen, Sara and Miranda Enlow.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael.
Private Graveside Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
The Ashtabula Home of FLEMING & BILLMAN FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 526 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula, has charge of arrangements.
