CHARDON TOWNSHIP — Sarah “Sally” A. Evans (nee: Eagle), 69, of Chardon Township, died Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, at home.
Funeral will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 11th, at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon, Ohio, with Pastor Gerald Kalb, of the Painesville United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be at Larned Cemetery, Chardon Township, Ohio.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 10th, at the funeral home.
Donations may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 E. 185th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44119 or Big Brothers/Big Sisters of NEO, 8 N. State St., Painesville, Ohio 44077.
