Retired Moore firefighter Charles Mosley wanted to help underprivileged children in Moore have a happier Christmas, so he collected toys and gifts and began the Moore Fire Department's Santa Express.

Cosper to head tech center association
Moore Norman Technology Center Board member Glen Cosper has been named President of the Oklahoma Association of Technology Centers.
The Moore area Realtor and community leader will represent the board members and superintendents of Oklahoma's technology schools at quarterly board meetings and at special events sponsored by OATC and OkACTE.
Jump for Jamison Saturday
The Jump for Jamison Bennett Watters Memorial Fundraiser is noon-3 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church of Moore, 301 NE 27th St. Cost is $5 per person and all proceeds will benefit the Jamison Bennett Watters Memorial Fund to aid in leukemia research.
