Brittany Cupps weds Samuel Crosby
ADA — Exchanging wedding vows July 18, 2009, were Brittany Cupps and Samuel Crosby, both of Ada. Shawn Wiebers officiated the 4 p.m. ceremony at Crosspointe Church.
The bride is the daughter of Roger and Rhonda Cupps, Ada. She is the granddaughter of Herman and Imogene Cupps, Fitzhugh; Rolana Nickell, Ada, and the late Clyde Nickell; and Arlan and Norva Wilson, Gerty.
Parents of the bridegroom are Randy and Tina Crosby, Shawnee. He is the grandson of Don and Gloria Crosby, Shawnee; Wayne and Deanna Henderson, Meeker; and the late Charles Hill.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Maids of honor were Brooklyn Cupps, sister of the bride, and Kristina Pfeffer, both of Ada. Bridesmaids were Cathleen Taylor, Idabel; and Katie Friant, Ada.
Best man was Nathan Crosby, brother of the bridegroom, Shawnee. Groomsmen were Mark Jones, Shawnee, Chris Eckler, Shawnee, and Kobi Cupps, brother of the bride, Ada.
Auna Friant, niece of the bridesmaid, Ada, was flower girl. Haleigh Wiebers, pastor's daughter, Ada, was miniature bride. Caleb Betts, cousin of the bridegroom, Yukon, also attended the couple.
Parents of the bride hosted a reception at the church following the ceremony. Assisting were Erica Dickinson, Amity Taylor, Karen Mann, all of Ada, and Kenya Cupps, cousin of the bride, Ada.
The couple is at home in Ada following a wedding trip to Orlando, Fla.
